Show you care:
Check your product, make sure it is flawless
Check your work, make sure it actually does what it is supposed to do
Check your math, check your spelling
Follow up and see if the customer is happy
It's not hard to do the above. But you do have to care.

This blog post reminds me of one of your previous posts about the importance of businesses having a sense of urgency. While it's important to respond to customer service issues quickly and fix problems as soon as possible, companies should never sacrifice quality for speediness. Do this, and you could lose the sense of professionalism that is so important to customers. Finding a balance between showing that you care without compromising your product or your work can be a challenge, but the payoff is huge. Do you have any tips for preventing mistakes while acting with a sense of urgency? So tell us Barry, how do you do it at your Fort Wayne marketing communications agency, LaBov & Beyond?
ReplyDeleteAt our Fort Wayne marketing communications company we face this every day. There are no easy answers. It's not about perfection, it's about commitment. I think it comes down to one person taking total ownership. If you have that, that's much of the battle.
