Humans smell fear, too. Only it's really lack of belief.Do you stammer, avoid, cook up weird excuses, or clear your throat when it comes to presenting your product or your service to a customer? If so, the customer can smell the fear and they will assume it's your lack of belief in yourself, your company or both.
If you don't believe, uncover why. If you do, make sure you don't give off the wrong scent when you present yourself.
