Let the software take care of that

A multi-million dollar IT project is running behind. No one seems to be saying anything about it. Its failure could be catastrophic. Yet no one is stirring. Why?

The project manager knows there's an issue and has been ignoring the repeated email alerts from the software program. Her other team members know there's an issue and are wondering when she's going to do something.
