There are many factors that lead to satisfaction in the
workplace. There’s recognition, salary, benefits, working conditions, flexible
schedules and more. But the one I have found to be the most important is to
create an environment where a person can do the best work of their life.
Paying people fairly, recognizing them and giving them a
great environment is critical. But if you don’t feel what you’re doing is
important and that you truly are doing something that excites you, none of the
great benefits will matter enough.
