Like you, if I see a situation in which an employee of mine needs help, I'm always the first one to rush to the scene and get my hands in there and fix it. It's very easy to lose sight of the fact that if I keep fixing everything for everyone, they'll never learn how to do it themselves. I know my employees are appreciative of my assistance, but from now on, I'm trying to dial it back a bit. It's really comforting to know that even such a successful guy like yourself can run into this problem. Thanks for helping to steer me in the right direction.
